Camp 7.22

July 22nd - July 28th, 2018

$0 - $630

Hume can seem pretty surreal at first—hundreds of campers, epic team competitions, cinematic camp themes, balcony-shaking music, and virtually endless activities, all at 5200 feet elevation in the national forest. But once you settle in you'll realize that it is actually very real—breakout groups with your peers and youth pastor, sunrise worship by lake, and a thousand simple moments where you notice the Gospel at play in your heart and all around you.

Hume truly is the best of both worlds where you can escape the regular routines of life while rediscovering all the things that a life in Christ provides. So welcome! Enjoy the big crazy moments and savor the quiet in between times where you can once again hear that still small voice.

2018 Theme: KUJUA
The most well known verse in the Bible is John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” But has the familiarity of this verse caused us to lose sight of its significance? Do we fully understand God’s love and purpose for humanity from the very beginning of time? This summer we will focus on God’s redemptive plan throughout the grand narrative of Scripture as He rescues His people from the curse of sin and will one day restore all things. Our hope is that as we seek to know God more, our love for Him will grow which result in a life fully surrendered to Him.
